Her journey into consulting began in 2013 when she transitioned from a nursing career to business administration. This decision was inspired by a significant cost-reducing achievement she made in her retail sales supervisor role, which sparked her interest in business operations.

In 2020, during the pandemic, she joined Dauntless Industries, a company specializing in accounting and administration. There, she applied her knowledge across various businesses, further honing her skills. She founded Rooted Solutions LLC in 2024, aiming to nurture and grow the entrepreneurial spirit in others.

Beyond her consulting work, Dulce Hernandez is actively involved in her community. She is excited to join the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Delaware, Where she hopes to reach those entrepreneurs and enhance their business presence. Her approach is centered on providing personalized guidance, helping clients implement systems, organize operations, and maintain up-to-date financial records.
