As a former Director of Economic Development and a small business owner himself, Henry brings a valuable perspective to the challenges facing Latino entrepreneurs. His administration aims to help launch at least 50 new small businesses over the next four years, working closely with the Delaware Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and other economic development partners. “It’s essential that Latino businesses have access to capital, training, and technical support,” he emphasized.
